Job Description:
As a Client Service Intern at TGM Research, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be supporting in managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing their utilization of our online panels.
Along with promoting and selling our research/panel services, you will be helping contacting our clients and directly supervising the project execution with the support of a fieldwork team.
We offer a 6-month internship contract.
Responsibilities:
- Support lead generation and sales efforts.
- Assist senior team members with inbound requests.
- Provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Anticipate client needs and maintain proactive communication.
- Update CRM and track key metrics.
- Coordinate research projects for on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Spot and resolve project challenges.
- Suggest process improvements and participate in internal training.
- Stay informed on industry trends and share ideas.
Qualification:
- Recent graduates eager to develop in sales and client management.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Sociology, or related fields.
- Interested in developing sales skills and building client relationships.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Fluent English and additional language, preferably Arabic, French, Spanish or Polish, another language will be an advantage
- Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset.
- Independent and team-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in research or data analysis is a plus.
