Job Description:
As a Design Trainee, you will be responsible for providing support to the marketing team through a variety of projects, (digital, web, and others as assigned). The Design Trainee will assist with the development and design of core TGM Research’s graphics, sample photos, event logos, collateral event materials and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned. The Design Trainee will also be assigned various website updates and photo selection for marketing material.
We offer a 6-month trainee contract, with the possibility of extending it to a professional contract upon positive feedback after the trainee period.
Responsibilities:
- Selecting sample photos for marketing material, blog posts, and website use;
- Preparing images to coincide with social and blog posts;
- Assisting with website and blog design updates;
- Assisting with collateral updates;
- Creation of various design assets for marketing campaigns;
- Creation and updates to various sales collateral;
- Creation and updates to email campaigns and mailing material;
- Supporting other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic design programs of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva – mandatory
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframe
- Being creative, dependable and detail oriented,
- Very strong research skills, time management, and planning skills,
- Desire to learn fast, self-motivated and organized,
- Intermediate video editor skill for Canva or other related video editors will be a plus.
