Job Description:
To support our global growth, our market research company is seeking a Finance Trainee to help execute financial operations, ensuring our financial accuracy and efficiency while maintaining responsiveness and reliability in a fast-paced environment. As a Finance Trainee at TGM Research reporting to the Finance Executive, this position offers the opportunity to put your academic knowledge into practice and gain hands-on experience. Collaborating closely with our finance team members will enhance your understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial reporting, and key operational processes.
We offer a 6-month trainee contract, with the possibility of extending it to a professional contract upon positive feedback after the trainee period.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Client Service team and assist clients on financial matters
- Prepare and issue invoices and draft contracts as needed
- Ensure the accuracy and timely updating financial info to internal systems
- Collaborate with Chief Accountant in Vietnam to assist line manager with data preparation for regular financial updates (Cashflow, Revenue, Others financial reports)
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Entry-level position
- Background in accounting - obligatory
- Transparency and strong ownership in all tasks

- Eagerness to learn
- Strong integrity and confidentiality skills
- Excellent in communication and teamwork
- Proficiency in English required
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
