With 50+ employees with 15 different nationalities spread on 4 continents and working mostly remotely, this is a challenging yet exciting opportunity. The role:
With the continued growth and success of TGM Research, we are looking for a Midlevel People and Culture Manager to join our team. The position is for ambitious individuals with 5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources, for someone who is result driven, proactive, independent, well organized and with good leadership and people skills.
What will you do?
· Coordinate and supervise the employment of new employees by being actively involved in recruitment (preparing job descriptions, posting ads, running prescreening interviews)
· Create and implement effective onboarding plans
· Prepare HR documentation such as: job offers, employment contracts, certificates of employment etc.
· Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
· Create workplace policies and provide counseling regarding those policies
· Develop training and development programs for employees
· Help organize annual TGM UnRemote trip for all employees
· Maintain employee records (annual leave, public holidays) according to TGM policy
Required Skills and Background:
· Proven experience in the Human Resources / P&C department, as HR oficer, manager or other HR position
· Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development etc.)
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR Partner is a plus
· Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
· Strong ethics and reliability
· BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
