Job Description:
To support our global growth, our market research start-up is looking for an Insights Delivery Executive to execute and deliver market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction for clients, while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environment.
As an Insights Delivery Executive at TGM Research reporting to the Fieldwork Director, you will be supporting our Client Service team to deliver outstanding experience to all our clients worldwide.
Because of our global footprint and clients from all regions, you will be required to work in night shift covering different time zones.
This role will require strong organization, excellent time and project management skills, proactivity, and communication with colleagues / other departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Fieldwork & Cost Management: setting up online studies internally, selecting the most appropriate sources of respondents (TGM panels, marketplaces, programmatic, social networks…) depending on the project specs and under client service guidance, full sampling strategy taking into account each market specificities to align with client’s needs, daily fieldwork monitoring and updates to client service team (Quota progress, timings and feasibility re-assessment, potential blockages and troubleshooting options), QCs, costs reconciliation and budget tracking.
- QCs: managing data quality checks for each online study respondent’s answers (both automated checks implementation along with survey programmers and data processing teams + manual checks performed every day) to increase the data quality under a global standardized process.
- Quality Library Management: co-managing the question library, including creating, editing, and deactivating questions as necessary, and collaborating with the Client Service team to determine the need for new questions.
- Cooperation with Client Service and other Operations departments: working together on project management aspects (planning, cost, time & quality management) improvements
- Working in the night shift supporting projects in different time zones (current needs: 17:00-02:00 PH time zone)
Qualification:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in online panel market research, preferably as a Project Manager
- Experience in panel sampling management and fieldwork is mandatory
- Experience in using panel marketplaces (Cint, Lucid, Purespectrum…platforms) is required
- Network of market research panel partners worldwide and working with these partners will be a strong advantage
- University Degree – preferably within analytic fields such as Business, Economics/Mathematics, Marketing but not restrictive.
- Great project management skills, self-discipline and attention to details
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and high interest for digital tools, digital acquisition, innovative solutions for business
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, proactivity, critical thinking, and passion for numbers
