Job Description:
To support our global growth, our market research company is seeking a Junior Finance Accounts Executive to help execute financial operations, ensuring our financial accuracy and efficiency while maintaining responsiveness and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
As a Junior Finance Accounts Executive at TGM Research reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be provided with an excellent opportunity to apply your academic background in a real-world business environment and gain valuable hands-on experience.
Working closely with our Client Service team, you will support finance-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of client inquiries. As part of the Finance team, you will also develop your skills in accounting fundamentals, financial reporting, and key operational processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills. At TGM, we work as a team, supporting one another to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement in everything we do.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Service team with financial-related client queries, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
- Prepare and issue client invoices and contracts in line with internal policies and agreements
- Manage vendor registration and onboarding, making sure all required documentation is complete
- Reconcile client payments with sales invoices
- Keep financial data accurate and up to date in internal systems to support reporting and decision-making
- Share relevant documents with accounting partners on a monthly basis
- Take on ad hoc tasks and support ongoing improvements within finance operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in English required
- Background in Accounting/Finance/Business administration
- Transparency and strong ownership in all tasks
- Attention to details and analytical mindset
- Eagerness to learn
- Strong integrity and confidentiality skills
- Excellent in communication and teamwork
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
