Job Description:
To support our global growth, our market research company is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to help execute financial operations, ensuring our financial accuracy and efficiency while maintaining responsiveness and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
As a Junior Finance Executive at TGM Research reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be provided with an excellent opportunity to apply your academic background in a real-world business environment and gain valuable hands-on experience. Collaborating closely with our accounting and finance team members will enhance your skills in accounting fundamentals, financial reporting, and key operational processes. The role suits a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities:
- Client Support
- Collaborate closely with the Client Service team to support clients on financial-related matters, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of their inquiries;
- Invoicing & Contracts
- Prepare and issue client invoices and draft contracts as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and client agreements.
- Assist with the client contract reviewing process.
- Financial Data & Reconciliation
- Reconcile client payments with sales invoices.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of financial information in internal systems to support reporting, decision-making, and operational visibility.
- Accounting Support
- Share relevant documents with the accounting partners monthly to assist in report preparation.
- Financial Updates Support
- Assist the line manager with data preparation for regular financial updates, including: revenue monitoring, overdue payment tracking and cashflow tracking and forecasts
- Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake ad hoc tasks or special assignments as assigned by the line manager, contributing to the efficiency and continuous improvement of finance operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the accounting or financial field
- Background in accounting is essential
- Proficiency in English required
- Transparency and strong ownership in all tasks
- Attention to details and analytical mindset
- Eagerness to learn
- Strong integrity and confidentiality skills
- Excellent in communication and teamwork
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
