About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Performance Executive who is both creative and analytical. This role combines content creation and visual design with strong performance management across all marketing channels. You will help amplify TGM’s campaigns, analyze performance data, and recommend optimizations to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling through content and visuals—and enjoys diving into data to understand what works and why.
What You'll Do:
1. Content Creation & Creative Production (50%)
- Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, press releases, webinars, and campaigns.
- Create visually appealing assets using Canva (banners, infographics, social content, email graphics).
- Support creation of report promotional materials, campaign key visuals, and event-related assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
2. Marketing Performance Analysis (40%)
- Track, collect, and analyze performance data across key marketing channels like social media, website and blog, email, campaign landing pages.
- Build dashboards or weekly/monthly performance summaries.
- Help identify performance patterns, trends, audience behaviors, and content effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.
3. Marketing Operations & Support (10%)
- Assist the team with day-to-day marketing operations and project execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, research, design) to align messaging and ensure timely delivery.
- Support paid ads (if applicable) with audience insights and performance tracking.
- Help improve marketing workflows and documentation.
What Skills & Qualification We're Expecting:
Creative & Content
- Proven experience in creating content for social media, newsletters, and blogs.
- Strong Canva design skills (or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of brand identity and visual communication.
Analytical
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and metrics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics, email platform analytics
- Ability to interpret data and transform it into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and comfortable with data formatting and presentation
General
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Good command of English.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in B2B or research industry.
- Familiarity with SEO basics.
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva video).
- Knowledge of paid advertising performance metrics.
