Operations Support Intern (European hours) at TGM Research

Location: Morocco, remote work

About the Role:

As a COO & Operations Support Intern you will work closely with the COO to reduce operational load, increase execution discipline, and support internal initiatives across Client Service, pricing, product enablement, and internal organization.

This is a support role - the intern will not own client relationships, pricing decisions, or project delivery.

This is a 6-month internship.

Responsibilities:

• Track action items and follow-ups from COO and leadership meetings
• Prepare short meeting summaries and weekly updates (decisions and next steps)
• Create and organize internal documents and presentations
• Prepare internal client summaries (background, past work, key notes)
• Prepare materials for internal product or demo presentations (agendas, slides, FAQs)
• Document outcomes and next steps after internal demos or meetings
• Support pricing and offer analysis using existing data and templates (with supervision)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (Pipedrive)
• Prepare internal reports for the Client Service team
• Organize shared folders and documentation (SharePoint, templates, guidelines)

Qualification:

• Recent graduates eager to develop business operations, commercial support, and internal processes
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Sociology, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good organizational skills and ability to work with structured documents and data
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in research, data analysis or reporting is a plus
