Job Description:
To support our global growth, our market research company is looking for a Quality & Testing Specialist to execute and deliver market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction for clients, while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environment.
As a Quality & Testing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our survey projects, from preparation to execution. This position demands a high level of precision and expertise in handling multiple facets of survey operations, including the preparation of translations, quality assurance of survey links, and detailed coding of survey responses.
In this role, you will ensure that questionnaires are accurately translated and ready for deployment, employing both AI tools and human expertise. You will be responsible for selecting qualified translators, overseeing their work, and maintaining comprehensive records of their performance and project outcomes. Additionally, you will test survey links to ensure they function correctly and that translations are implemented properly, identifying and resolving any errors before surveys go live.
Your responsibilities will also include coding responses to open-ended questions, creating structured frameworks to handle complex data efficiently, and ensuring all categories, especially those related to brands and income, are accurately captured and categorized. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring all project milestones are met within designated timelines.
You will report to a Fieldwork Director.
Responsibilities:
- Translation Preparation for Questionnaires: Prepare translations of questionnaires, ready files for AI-assisted translation, select translators for projects, evaluate translators, manage translation settlements, and update records of translators and their evaluations.
- Survey Link Testing: Test survey links, check for logical accuracy, review translations added, and verify any systemic errors.
- Project Coding: Code open-ended questions during fieldwork, create code frames for lengthy responses, and verify code frames.
- Brand and Income Category Coding: Code categories related to brands and income.
- Task Planning and Execution: Plan tasks and ensure their completion within designated timelines.
Qualification:
- Entry level role
- University Degree – preferably within analytic fields such as Business, Economics/Mathematics, Marketing but not restrictive.
- Fluent in English – 1 or more other languages is a significant bonus.
- Strong communication, project management and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and high interest for digital, innovative solutions for business
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and passion for numbers
